In the present time, industry is looking for exceptional employees who are hard working, determined to excel and contribute to the growth of the organization. This program is designed to develop knowledge and skills in fundamental management disciplines. This program will provide a unique opportunity to the students to learn the concepts by simultaneously practice the same in actual industrial environment. The program lays the foundation for conceptual and analytical reasoning, and gives the students an insight into the dynamics of the business environment
This course comprises of three main programs:
- BBA* (Industry Integrated)
- Industry Specific Certificate Program
- Personality Development Program.
BBA*(Industry Integrated):It is a Graduate Degree from UCG recognized University. In this program, the student is appointed as a trainee and works in a company for 4-5 days a week and attends the theory classes at the campus for 2-3 days a week. The aim of this program is to develop management skills, job knowledge and hardcore industrial experience to handle dynamic business situations. The basic advantage of this program is that by the end of three years of the degree program the students get degree as well as work experience certificate of around 30 months.
ISCP: Industry Specific Certificate Program is an autonomous Program meant to enhance the placement opportunities of the students by providing them knowledge in a particular sector as per their area of interest. This way we blend hobbies with career to make them a successful professional. Students will be given latest knowledge of any one area to be selected from the following:
Risk Management / Event Management / Hospitality Management / Mass Communication / Corporate Social Responsibility / Customer Relationship Management / Fashion Management
PDP: Personality Development Program is meant to enhance the placement opportunities of the students by providing them training in Physical Metamorphosis & Confidence Boosting, Elegance & Communication, Finesse & Poise, Etiquette, Courtesis & Social Grace etc. with overall emphasis on personality development and business communication to emerge as effective business leaders.
